Paid Media Specialist

Pennock is growing, and we’re adding a Paid Media Specialist to our dynamic team! We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to implement, optimize, and analyze paid marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

About You

You understand the paid media landscape and have managed integrated digital marketing campaigns from client approval to execution.

Responsibilities  

  • Execute paid digital marketing across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Video, Native, Rich Media, and Audio Ad formats

  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Plan, execute and measure experiments

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications  

  • Bachelors degree 

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience 

  • Previous agency experience

  • Analytical and data story-telling experience
