Face Reality Skincare was looking to increase its brand awareness among estheticians and people suffering from acne as more DTC and established brands were developing acne solutions and ance-safe skincare lines.
Objectives.
Brand: Increase brand awareness and authority, measured via brand lift studies.
Acquisition: Establish benchmarks for DTC ROAS, DTC CAC, and B2B CPL and work to consistently improve MoM metrics.
