We are seeking an Digital Marketing Account Manager who doesn't just manage budgets, but aggressively seeks opportunities to drive exponential growth for our premium e-commerce and DTC clients in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle spaces.

This Role is for You If:

You're an Optimizer: You monitor performance non-stop, looking for ways to tweak, refine, and strategically outsmart the algorithms across Google and Paid Social platforms. You believe optimizing your internal work is as crucial as optimizing campaigns.

  • You Speak the Data: You master the quantitative data, understand platform AI models, and can clearly educate clients on complex digital marketing specifics—from the 30,000-foot view down to the daily levers.

  • You Lead the Strategy: You thrive on leading integrated campaigns, driving creative strategy, and efficiently briefing brands on the 20 to 100 assets needed monthly. You understand the logic behind a great promotion and a high-converting landing page.

Responsibilities  

  • Plan and execute all paid digital marketing across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Video, Native, Rich Media, and Audio Ad formats

  • Strategize and creative brief clients each month on new assets required for paid media goals to be met.

  • Act as our clients’ primary contact, managing expectations, deadlines, and all communications

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Plan, execute and measure experiments

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements  

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience 

  • Previous agency experience

  • Deep knowledge of marketing tactics on Google and paid social

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build Google Data Studio reports

  • Great communication and presentation skills
