Digital Marketing Manager

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across all digital channels.



About You

You have a strong grasp of current marketing strategies and can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution; project managing the components and interfacing with clients. 



Responsibilities  

  • Plan and execute all paid digital marketing across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Video, Native, Rich Media, and Audio Ad formats

  • Act as our clients’ primary contact, managing expectations, deadlines, and all communications

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Plan, execute and measure experiments

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate



Requirements  

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience 

  • Previous agency experience

  • Deep knowledge of marketing tactics on Google and paid social

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build Google Data Studio reports

  • Great communication and presentation skills
